The Axile centre with hyperMILL programming runs simultaneous 5-axis strategies verified in simulation before we touch material. Fewer setups means less stacked error: the relationship between holes and surfaces holds because the part is never released.
Six Haas VF-3 to VF-6 and five Hision run in parallel, so a released program can be duplicated onto another machine the same day without re-validating the part. Three CNC lathes close out the turned parts of the same assembly.
When wire cutting and welding live outside, each one adds transit, queue and a seam of accountability. Here they are in the same building as the machining and the metrology.
Cutting in already-hardened material with no cutting force and no distortion: sharp internal corners, narrow slots, punches and dies. It is the process that rescues a part when the design leaves no room for a cutter radius.
Three processes chosen per joint rather than per availability: TIG where finish rules, MIG where deposit rules, laser where distortion rules. Parts are welded on fixtures machined in house.
Measurement happens between operations, not at the end, so a deviation is corrected while the part is still on the machine. The final assembly ships labelled and packed as a single unit.
